Are you interested in the study of early bilingual development? Dr. Erika Hoff from Florida Atlantic University will talk about the findings from two longitudinal studies of the bilingual development of U.S.-born children raised in Spanish-speaking homes and the implications for parents, educators, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers.

On October 25-26, 2022, the BM directors @UofSC, Drs. Bauer, Sánchez, and Wang presented their research at the Bilingualism Matters Research Symposium at the BM Headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland. In the presentation, they shared ways parents from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds supported their young children in becoming bilingual.
